Born and raised in Spokane, Sydney Holliday is the trusted expert in designing, building, and renovating lakeside homes. Her distinctive hallmark? Creating spaces that serve as a hub for family living, featuring soothing color palettes, materials found in nature, and a blend of rustic Pacific Northwest charm with sophisticated California Modern finishes.

Driven by the desire to provide her clients with solace and family connection, Sydney’s spaces have been described as experiential and akin to a year-round vacation. 

With a background designing luxury vacation homes in Southern California, Sydney brings a refreshing and contemporary design aesthetic to the local area. She believes in the importance of high-quality craftsmanship that supersedes trends, for truly custom homes that feel personality-driven and never cookie-cutter. 

You can find Sydney spending her weekends boating and paddle boarding on Lake Coeur d’Alene, playing volleyball and pickleball, enjoying a nice crisp glass of chardonnay, and hosting friends & family.
